Connor Rideout is a versatile martial arts coach with over 10
years of experience, including seven years coaching boxing,
kickboxing, and mixed martial arts. As a four-time amateur MMA
champion with a 1-0 professional MMA record, Connor has a
proven track record of training beginners to competition
level. He has also competed in freestyle wrestling, Brazilian
Jiu Jitsu Gi and No Gi. Connor offers personal training to
individuals and groups at all levels, including online
coaching, and has designed curriculums for several gyms and
his own program.
Connor's martial arts background in MMA, boxing, kickboxing,
Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, No Gi Jiu-Jitsu, freestyle wrestling, and
Karate allows him to cater to a diverse range of clients'
needs. He has trained athletes for competition and brought
countless beginners to competition level. Additionally, his
experience in training non-English speaking persons and
neurodivergent individuals demonstrates his ability to teach a
wide range of students.
As a certified First Aid/CPR instructor, Connor prioritizes
his clients' safety during training sessions. He is always
excited and passionate about teaching, whether it's in
personal training, group classes, or online sessions.
